Orders Returned Within 30 Days
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by SGMC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping unless there was a shipping mistake that was a result of our error. All or a portion of the shipping maybe refunded at our discretion depending on the circumstance. Items must be returned in their original packaging. If you received a faulty item we will exchange it for the same item or a similar item, if the original item is not available.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds within the first 30 Days will be issued for the following items:
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago are not returnable. All items come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer's literature to determine the warranty and your options for service under the warranty from the manufacturer.
